Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

  Package Securely

  Place the fragrance in its original luxury packaging and ensure it is safely tucked into a shipping box to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
